Cocktail Mexican Meatballs
From 1 jar (16 oz) picante sauce, measure 1/3 cup and place in medium bowl. Mix in 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 2 Tbsp water, and 1 large egg. Scoop into 1-in balls; place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake in 425 F oven 20 minutes to cook through. In microwave-safe serving bowl, heat remaining picante sauce in microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes, until hot. Place meatballs in sauce; serve with cocktail picks. Serves 8.
