Crunchy Peanut Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Thai Peanut Grill Sauce
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Heat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit. Cut the chicken into 1/2-in.-thick strips. In a bowl, toss the chicken with the peanut sauce. Place the panko in a shallow bowl. Coat chicken strips with the crumbs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with additional peanut sauce for dipping.
