Easy Pigs in a Blanket
Ingredients
12 oz Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage
1 Sheet Frozen Puff Pastry (Thawed)
Whole-Grain Mustard
Heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Cut the sausages in quarters lengthwise, then in half crosswise. Unfold the thawed pastry and cut into strips 3 in. long by 1/2 in. wide. Roll the sausage pieces in the pastry strips and transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them 1 in. apart. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with mustard.
