Goat Cheese- Stuffed Peppers


Ingredients

1/4 Cup of Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley

24 Pickled Sweet Red Cherry Peppers

6 oz Goat Cheese


Slice a thin piece off the bottom of each pepper to help them stand upright. Chop the parsley. In a bowl, combine the goat cheese, parsley and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Stuff the pepper with the goat cheese mixture (about 1 tsp each).
