Pizza Bites
Arrange 40 bite-size tortilla chip cups on large cookie sheet. (If using regular tortilla chips, which are larger, place on 2 cookie sheets.) In bowl, stir 1 c. shredded Italian cheese blend with 2 Tbsp. store-brought pesto. Spoon cheese mixture into cups. Slice 10 grape tomatoes; place on top. Bake in 425F oven 6 minutes to melt cheese. Serves 8.
