Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp
Ingredients
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 oz Thinly Sliced Prosciutto
24 Large Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
Heat broiler. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil; place a wire rack on top. In small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until think and syrupy, 6 to 8 minutes. Cut the prosciutto lengthwise into strips about 1 in. wide. Roll the shrimp in the prosciutto strips and place on the wire rack. Broil until the prosciutto is crisp and the shrimp is opaque throughout, 5 to 7 minutes. Brush with the glaze before serving.
