Salmon Burgers

1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 large egg whites
3 14.75-oz cans pink salmon, drained
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper
8 hamburger buns
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and egg whites. Stir in all remaining burger ingredients. Form into 8 patties, cover and chill for about 1 hour. Preheat broiler to high and set a rack 5 inches from heat. Mist burgers with cooking spray. Boil until firm, about 3 minutes per side. Serve on buns.
