Spiced Pita Chips

Ingredients


6 whole-wheat pitas

1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Kosher salt and pepper


1. Heat oven to 425 degrees Farenhet. Splite each pita in half horizontally. Sprinkle the cut sides with the cumin, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.

2. Cut each pita into wedges and divide between 2 baking sheets. Bake until golden brown and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.


Make-Ahead Tip: Store the chips at room temperature for up to 1 week.
