Blackberry Smoothie

1 apple (such as Fuji or Gala), peeled and cut into 1-in. pieces
2 cups frozen blackberries
2/3 cup nonfat lemon yogurt
1/2 cup V8 V-Fusion pomegranate blueberry juice
In a blender, puree the apple, blackberries, yogurt and juice until smooth. Pour into glasses.
